The Sales Support Representative partners with field Sales to enable purchases of Cadwell products, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction while working remotely.

In Short

• Handle incoming requests, inquiries, and orders from customers and field Sales.
• Develop price quotes and process orders, changes, and returns.

• Provide backup assistance to the receptionist as needed.

Requirements

• Associate degree or 2 years of related education/experience; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Business math skills and ability to interpret data.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and effective time management.
