Overview

We’ve got big plans for continued growth at Cadwell and are looking for a Talent Sourcer to play an important role on our team! The Talent Sourcer will be responsible for finding and attracting top talent while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. This is a remote position.

In Short

• Collaborates with department managers to draft job descriptions.
• Works with HR on compensation for job postings.
• Implements recruiting methods based on industry standards.
• Responsible for job posting and advertising.
• Executes outreach campaigns to build candidate pipelines.
• Schedules and conducts interviews with stakeholders.
• Ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
• Coordinates travel arrangements for candidates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of related work experience required.
• PHR or SHRM-CP credential preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies.
• Proactive with strong time management skills.
• Familiarity with hiring laws and regulations.
• Proficient with applicant-tracking software.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and organized approach to work.
