In Short

• We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to join our growing Talent Acquisition team.
• You will partner with the Talent Acquisition leader to build diverse pipelines of high-quality candidates.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
• Conduct initial outreach and engagement with potential candidates.
• Manage candidate information in the ATS ensuring data accuracy.
• Stay informed on industry trends to guide sourcing strategy.
• Collaborate with the TA team to improve sourcing processes and reporting.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques is a plus.
• Passion for talent acquisition and delivering a great candidate experience.
