• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with customers.
• Contribute to customer success knowledge gathering.
• Help advance systems and processes in a high-growth startup environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in solution delivery or technical account management.
• Experience managing enterprise-level customer relationships.
• Technical background in network security or API ecosystem.
• Understanding of HTTP protocol details and tools like Postman.
• Proven track record in improving retention and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or related fields.
