Requirements

  • 5+ years in solution delivery or technical account management.
  • Experience managing enterprise-level customer relationships.
  • Technical background in network security or related fields.
  • Understanding of HTTP protocol details and tools like Postman.
  • Proven track record in improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or related fields.
