Overview

The Senior Technical Account Manager at Kasada will act as the main strategic contact for enterprise customers, providing support and best practices related to Kasada's solutions and their infrastructure.

In Short

  • Act as the main strategic customer contact for support and performance advice.
  • Lead complex Enterprise customer onboarding projects.
  • Engage collaboratively with internal teams for issue resolution.
  • Provide incident and escalation management for strategic customers.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis and system health checks.
  • Monitor customer tickets and work on urgent requests.
  • Present metrics and data during Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to strategic customers.
  • Work with various technical tools and environments.
  • Participate in other projects aligned with personal passions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a related function.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Understanding of DNS and troubleshooting CDNs.
  • Experience with cloud providers, preferably AWS.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Customer service oriented with teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to travel based on customer needs.
  • Past experience in technical support or customer success roles.
