As a Senior People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner at Kasada, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering our people strategy, focusing on high-performing teams and a strong culture in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of P&C experience in the USA.
• Strong background in employee relations and compliance.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Experience with PEO relationships in the USA.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about building inclusive teams and culture.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
