Senior People Business Partner - Remote

Overview

The Senior People Business Partner is responsible for supporting a sizable portion of the company, specifically the Engineering Department, by providing strategic HR services and partnering with leadership to drive people processes and talent initiatives.

In Short

• Acts as the main HR/People liaison for the assigned department.
• Executes end-to-end people processes like Your Voice Matters survey and Growth Cycles.
• Offers sound advice to stakeholders and business leadership.
• Assesses business challenges and suggests people solutions.
• Maintains high-quality service until concerns are fully addressed.
• Leads difficult conversations such as terminations and investigations.
• Partners with stakeholders to conduct investigations and resolve workplace concerns.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant HRBP/PBP experience.
• 3+ years of experience in conducting investigations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related area preferred.
• Excellent self-management and interpersonal skills.
• Strong bias for action.
