As a Sr. People Business Partner supporting our rapidly growing Customer Experience and Partner organizations, your role is vital to align people strategies with business goals, ensuring the organization is prepared to meet its ever-changing future needs.

In Short

• Serve as a trusted thought partner, consultant, and coach to the Chief Customer Officer and VP Partnerships.
• Be the primary point of contact on all people related matters for team members at all levels in the respective groups you support.
• Collaborate and coordinate with leaders, finance, and talent acquisition teams on workforce planning.
• Execute key People processes including compensation planning and performance reviews.
• Collect and analyze data to deliver insights and drive recommendations that support the business.
• Implement people solutions such as change management initiatives.
• Provide guidance through organizational changes and challenges.
• Support or lead special projects such as process optimization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of HR Business Partner experience.
• Experience supporting technical teams and partnerships.
• Ability to establish relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Experience working for a high-growth company during international expansion.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills.
• Proven track record demonstrating agility in a changing environment.
• Critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Superb judgment and integrity.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
