Overview

As a Senior People Business Partner, you will be responsible for partnering with managers to solve organizational challenges through strategic and thoughtful people-oriented solutions, primarily focusing on supporting Engineering, Product, and Design teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience.
• Ability to build trusting relationships across the organization.
• Proficiency in HRIS and People systems.
• Knowledge of performance and engagement tools.
• Experience with technical teams is a plus.
• Understanding of HR compliance and regulations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
