Wrapbook is seeking a passionate and hands-on Data Analyst to join our growing team and strengthen our analytics foundation by transforming complex production and payroll data into clear, actionable insights.

In Short

• Transform business questions into analytical problems and build scalable frameworks.
• Work with teams to define key metrics and track performance.
• Design KPI frameworks and reporting systems aligned with strategic goals.
• Ensure datasets and models are accurate and well-documented.
• Improve data quality and enhance modeling practices.
• Own the complete analytics workflow and empower teams with actionable information.
• Integrate AI tools into analytics processes.
• Build training materials for teams to explore data independently.
• 3–5+ years of experience in data analytics.
• Strong experience with BI tools and data modeling.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
• Product-oriented mindset and ability to build scalable solutions.
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally.
• Strong experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau).
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehouses.
• Proficiency in Python or R for analytical modeling.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong ownership and curiosity in data practices.
• Experience with payroll or finance domains is a plus.
