Overview

Wrapbook is seeking a seasoned Production Accounting Specialist who will serve as a production accounting expert supporting customers through onboarding, adoption, and early-stage product use.

In Short

• Lead onboarding for clients adopting Wrapbook’s production accounting tools.
• Deliver expert guidance on payroll configuration and production accounting workflows.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client-side production accounting questions.
• Run training sessions and technical walkthroughs for clients.
• Respond to integration challenges and provide workflow consultation.
• Translate common client questions into scalable resources.
• Share customer feedback to support product iteration.
• Help transition accounts to long-term success.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in entertainment payroll or production accounting.
• Familiarity with union and non-union payroll processes.
• Experience using tools like SmartAccounting or PSL.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and competing priorities.
• Strong documentation and training mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote team environment.
