The Talent Acquisition Partner is a key ambassador of Wrapbook’s brand and culture, playing a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent.

In Short

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience.
• Source candidates through multiple channels.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team.
• Provide guidance on interviewing best practices.
• Track and report key recruiting metrics.
• Contribute to recruiting initiatives for diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proven experience recruiting for technical roles.
• Strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Collaborative and resourceful mindset.
• Passion for building inclusive hiring practices.
• Experience with Ashby ATS is a plus.
