We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team, owning the recruitment process from start to finish and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, focusing on clinical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on needs and strategies.

• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM systems.
• Contribute to process improvements for efficiency.
• Lead complex searches and mentor team members for senior roles.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience for Talent Acquisition Partner.
• 6+ years of experience for Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with a focus on clinical roles.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; education and experience combination considered.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with ATS systems, Greenhouse experience a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
