Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proven capability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex recruitment processes.
• Recruiting experience in an industrial or matrixed environment.
• Experience creating effective recruitment strategies.
• Ability to craft compelling job descriptions.
• Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Knowledge of current recruiting trends.
• Experience with dashboards and metrics.
• Proficiency in German and English.
