Purchasing Team Lead - Remote

Overview

Upstream Rehabilitation is looking for a Purchasing Team Lead to join our team! In this role, you will ensure smooth, accurate, and timely purchasing operations while collaborating closely with internal partners and vendors.

In Short

• Process orders timely while obtaining proper approvals.
• Address vendor issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Reconcile purchase orders.
• Support co-workers with customer service issues.
• Provide excellent service to co-workers, customers, and vendors.
• Respond to emails and phone calls within set timelines.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associates degree in Business Management, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Purchasing or Customer Service.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing processes.
• Ability to lead through expertise and influence.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume purchasing environment.
• Professional, customer-focused approach.
• Comfortable negotiating pricing and terms.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
