Merchandising Team Lead - Remote

Overview

The Merchandising Team Lead (MTL) is responsible for leading a team of Merchandising Specialists to ensure successful resets in convenience stores, working closely with Regional Sales Managers and Territory Managers.

In Short

• Lead a team of 3-4 Merchandising Specialists.
• Create and implement schedules for store resets.
• Order tags and supplies as needed.
• Ensure proper POGs are available for resets.
• Work hands-on with the team during resets.
• Provide continuous feedback and manage team development.
• Oversee hiring and onboarding of new team members.
• Attend trainings and meetings as required.
• Adapt duties as necessary based on management discretion.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Clean driving record required.
• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent overnight travel is required.
