Upstream Rehabilitation is looking for a Human Resources Associate Relations Partner to join our team! This role involves serving as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing guidance on associate relations and ensuring compliance with employment policies.

In Short

• Serve as a primary Associate Relations partner advising on performance management and employee concerns.
• Coach leaders on effective management practices.
• Investigate and resolve complex associate relations matters.
• Partner closely with HR Business Partners and legal counsel.
• Provide guidance on federal and state employment laws.
• Support a safe and compliant workplace.
• Contribute to training and policy updates.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and employment laws.
• Ability to coach leaders on complex issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
