Associate, Human Resources - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an Associate, Human Resources to support both our talent acquisition efforts and general HR operations. This role will help drive recruitment by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and enhancing the overall hiring experience, while also supporting key HR processes such as onboarding, records management, employee engagement, and compliance.

In Short

• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for candidates across various roles.
• Manage job postings and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and coordination.
• Maintain and update employee records and HRIS data, including attendance and leaves.
• Support internal HR initiatives, including engagement activities, wellness programs, and performance reviews.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative support on HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners for HR-related services.
• Help ensure compliance with labor laws and internal guidelines through proper documentation and tracking.
• Contribute to other HR tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in human resources, with exposure to recruitment processes preferred.
• Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, and basic HR tools and practices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional, discreet, and eager to learn and grow in HR.
• Basic understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements is a plus.
