Overview

K2 Integrity is looking for a remote Human Resource Coordinator to join our global Human Resources team. The Human Resource Coordinator is responsible for providing support in various functions of the Human Resource department, including talent, compensation, benefits, leave, reporting, and administration of company policies.

• Serve as a point of contact for employees based in EMEA.
• Assist employees with payroll, benefits, time off, and leaves.
• Provide operational and administrative support to global HR team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong knowledge of Polish labor laws and regulations.
• Ability to deal with confidential matters effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
