Overview

K2 Integrity is looking for a remote Human Resource Associate to join our global Human Resources team. The Human Resource Associate is responsible for providing support in various functions of the Human Resource department, including talent, compensation, benefits, leave, reporting, and administration of company policies.

In Short

• Serve as a point of contact for employees based in EMEA.
• Assist employees with questions and issues pertaining to payroll, benefits, time off, and leaves.
• Provide operational and administrative support to global human resources team.
• Ensure all records and HR-related documentation are compliant with applicable laws.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• A minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong knowledge of Polish labor laws and regulations.
• Demonstrated judgment and ability to deal with confidential matters.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
