Senior Design Manager - Remote

Overview

Echo Base Global is seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to lead and elevate our multidisciplinary design function. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on creative leader with deep expertise across all areas of design, including branding strategy, animation/motion design, and integrated campaign creative.

This is a great opportunity to lead and shape the brand identity for a growing portfolio of brands in the digital assets space, influencing how emerging technologies and platforms are visually represented at a global scale.

In Short

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive design and creative strategies aligned with brand and business objectives
• Drive campaign creative concept development, from initial ideation through execution across multiple channels
• Translate brand positioning and marketing strategy into cohesive creative concepts and visual systems
• Oversee the design of materials for integrated campaigns across various platforms
• Ensure creative consistency and effectiveness across all campaign touchpoints
• Manage and oversee end-to-end design workflows, from concept development through final delivery
• Lead brand identity development and ongoing brand evolution
• Oversee animation and motion design projects, ensuring strong storytelling and brand alignment
• Partner closely with marketing, product, strategy, and leadership teams
• Manage external agencies, freelancers, and production partners as needed

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional design experience, with 3+ years in a management role
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Demonstrated experience across branding, campaign design, social media, and digital design
• Strong background in campaign creative concept development
• Proven ability to manage complex creative projects
• Portfolio showcasing strategic thinking and high-quality execution
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
