Overview

The Sourcing Team Lead will manage the new product introduction and lifecycle management team, focusing on sourcing strategy and process improvements within Rockwell Automation.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Project Management (PMP) certification required.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience with procurement and production principles.
• Ability to lead multicultural teams.
