Overview

The Sourcing Lead plays a critical role in driving the mission of hiring the best candidates. You will lead a team of sourcers, own high-level sourcing strategy, and combine data, storytelling, and marketing know-how to attract high-caliber candidates.

In Short

• Remote position based in LATAM and PH.
• Full-time, Independent Contractor role.
• 40 hours per week with core hours between 9 AM – 5 PM EST.
• Lead a team of sourcers and own sourcing strategy.

Requirements

• Experience in sourcing and recruitment marketing.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Proven team leadership experience.
• Ability to build sourcing playbooks.
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and outreach skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with talent mapping and market research.
