The Operations & Project Management Associate will serve as a key operational partner supporting the firm’s leadership team across project coordination, client communication, recurring operations, and administrative execution.

Requirements

• Experience in project management or operations support.
• Strong communication skills for client interactions.
• Proficiency in Asana and Microsoft Office tools.

• Experience in billing and administrative tasks is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Proactive and resourceful in identifying needs.
• Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) is a plus.
