Associate Project Manager, TIME Operations - Remote

Overview

An Associate Project Manager is needed to support various internal processes and initiatives within Tempus' TIME program, aimed at improving cross-functional collaboration and operational efficiency in matching cancer patients with clinical trials.

In Short

• Partner with cross functional teams to execute operational initiatives.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for databases and operating systems.
• Own ad hoc process improvements and new initiatives.
• Implement and maintain a tracking system for site support agreements.
• Develop a QC system for accurate site network files.
• Support TIME Network communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of clinical research experience in oncology.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practices.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with EDC systems and database management.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
