In Short

• Build healthy stakeholder relationships and assist in operational support activities.
• Support implementation of existing business processes and provide feedback on areas of improvement.
• Liaise with global stakeholders for new procedures and systems.
• Execute operational and administrative tasks for the regional market.
• Coordinate with regional leadership to control overhead costs.
• Support rollout of Central Operations and Finance measures.
• Coordinate relationships with vendor partners.
• Participate in management activities of the JIRA Ops helpdesk.
• Contribute to onboarding process for new starters.
• Become an advocate and proficient user of OMG, our proprietary project planning software.

Requirements

• Work experience in Operations or similar role.
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
• Familiarity with Project Management principles and methodology.
• Strong management skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional departments.
• Blend of logical, analytical and creative mindsets.
• Ability to actively use data to make decisions.
