Strategic Operations Associate/Manager - Remote

Overview

The Strategic Operations team applies a broad lens (people, data, technology, and process) to solve problems and create lasting impact for SiteMinder. This role will be integral in delivering high priority strategic projects and analysis across SiteMinder.

In Short

• Partnering with senior leaders and teams across the entire business to drive high priority strategic initiatives
• Analysing business drivers and levers to identify opportunities, issues and solutions
• Designing solutions with a broad lens and driving their implementation
• Working across multiple projects such as pricing and packaging, profitability analysis, and marketing attribution
• Keeping current with competitors and market trends
• Developing and tracking leading indicator metrics and benchmarks
• Preparing analyses and presentations for the Board of Directors and senior management
• Using tools like Salesforce, Heap, Tableau, Excel, SQL for data analysis

Requirements

• Experience in strategy consulting, finance, or technology startups
• Enjoy analysing business drivers and levers
• Self-starter with high energy
• Team player with a humble attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Passionate about technology, data, and SaaS businesses
• Experience with SQL or willingness to learn
• Bonus: Experience with R, Python, or other analytical tools
