In Short

• Act as a true finance business partner to the client leadership teams.
• Monthly and weekly reviews of forecasts and actuals for the assigned clients.
• Work closely with local finance teams across the globe.
• Ownership of complex business planning models.
• Preparation of monthly Client Board Packs and Commentary.
• Presentation of results and forecasts to senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities and trends for client performance improvement.
• Support implementations of new market rollouts.
• Drive process improvements and monitor the control environment.
• Work on adhoc analysis and projects to support growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of finance experience.
• Experience of finance partnering at a senior level.
• Industry experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Ability to instill confidence in senior leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to navigate conflict with stakeholders.
• Clear and concise communicator.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to be a team player.
• Advanced Excel skills.
