Overview

The Finance Business Partner will play a crucial role in financial management, planning, and reporting for the BizTX department, focusing on supporting senior stakeholders and driving efficiencies through technology.

In Short

• Monitor and report overhead costs for IT cost centres.
• Prepare project forecasts and annual budgets.
• Produce monthly dashboards with variance explanations.
• Act as a strategic finance partner to cost owners.
• Drive automation in SAP S4H and SAC reporting.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting for HQ overheads.
• Support senior stakeholders in setting objectives and continuity in reporting.
• Lead and mentor the Finance Assistant.
• Ensure accurate accounting treatment of BiZTX projects.
• Provide insights on financial performance and opportunities.

Requirements

• Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA with minimum 5 years PQE experience.
• Experience in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Knowledge of SAP S4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Operational experience in business process improvements.
• Understanding of IFRS and financial treatment of intangible assets.
• Experience working with Shared Service Centres.
• Ability to deliver business cases collaboratively.
• Curiosity in leveraging automation for value in finance.
• Experience in implementing ERP systems is desirable.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
