Requirements

• Ability to influence and communicate effectively.
• Experience with psychometric tools.
• Track record in managing complex ER issues.
• Strong coaching and development skills.
• Commercially astute and financially literate.
• Experience in international organizations.
• Evidence of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
