Overview

As a People Business Partner at CoLab, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization’s growth by managing core people operations and ensuring a smooth employee experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years in People Ops, HRBP, or similar role.
• Experience with onboarding, benefits, and compliance workflows.
• Strong organizational and self-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of employment law and standards.
• Comfortable working hybrid from St. John’s, NL.
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS or startup environment is a plus.
• Ability to manage audits and navigate ambiguity.
• Strong judgment and attention to detail.
• Empathy and care for employee well-being.
