Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience, with 2 years as a People Business Partner.
• Experience in a project-based, creative culture.
• Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
• Proven change management experience.
• Strategic partnership with department leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian employment law.
• Post-secondary degree in HR or related field.
