Requirements

• Proven experience in a People Business Partner or equivalent role.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of strategic priorities.
• Experience with complex employee relations issues.
• Solid understanding of talent management practices.
• Skilled in organizational design and change management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable collaborating across time zones.
• Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• HR certification preferred or equivalent experience.
