Overview

The People Business Partner (PBP) will pro-actively lead various programs and processes throughout the employee lifecycle to support employee retention. This role is essential for enhancing employee experience and achieving company objectives.

Requirements

• 5 years’ experience in a senior Human Resources role.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Project management skills and excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Working knowledge of Predictive Index is a plus.
• Certification such as SHRM-CP is a plus.
