The Senior Implementation Project Manager is responsible for end to end Project Management that aligns internal and external stakeholders to meet agreed upon milestones, adhere to the critical path, and identifies and mitigates risks.

Requirements

• Actively manage client implementation projects, adhering to the critical path and budget.
• Train and mentor client users on the proper setup and usage of the products.
• Manage internal and external resources and stakeholders to maintain project momentum.
• Perform project management functions such as leading regular status meetings.
• Provide post Go Live support to clients.
• Participate in the design and implementation of internal team structures and processes.
• Provide input into training curriculum and other documentation.
• Provide sales support as needed.
