Implementation Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for end to end Project Management that aligns internal and external stakeholders to meet agreed upon milestones, adhere to the critical path, and identifies and mitigates risks.

In Short

• Actively manage multiple, simultaneous customer implementation projects.
• Train and mentor customer users on the proper setup and usage of the products.
• Perform virtual go-live training for super users and end users.
• Manage internal and external resources and stakeholders.
• Lead regular status meetings and identify risks.
• Provide post Go Live support to customers.
• Participate in the design and implementation of internal team structures.
• Provide input into training curriculum and documentation.
• Provide sales support as needed.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in project management.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and lead project team members.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple, complex projects.
• Strong physician billing and/or billing compliance experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
