Overview

The Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager will own and elevate the post-sale customer journey, focusing on onboarding, adoption, value realization, expansion, renewal, and advocacy.

  • Lead the development of a comprehensive customer lifecycle marketing strategy.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain messaging consistency.
  • Enhance the annual Customer User Group meeting and develop year-round programming.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS customer marketing.
  • Proven success in driving adoption and retention through post-sale programs.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, especially HubSpot.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills.
  • Data-driven approach to defining and analyzing KPIs.
  • Experience in building customer advocacy programs.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
