• Own Day 0–60 onboarding and long-term retention flows.
• Run ongoing tests with proper control/holdouts.
• Segment intelligently to personalize journeys.
• Implement save/win-back strategies based on churn signals.
• Maintain compliance & accuracy in communications.
• Build, QA, and monitor flows in our ESP/SMS/push stack.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years hands-on Lifecycle/CRM experience.
• Strong ESP/SMS execution and experimentation skills.
• Detail-oriented operator with clear communication skills.
