The Personal Lines Account Executive at Foundation Risk Partners is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, ensuring service standards are met, and providing professional service to clients through various communication channels.

• Collaborates with the team to deliver high-quality customer service.
• Provides administrative support to Producers and Account Executives.
• Processes endorsement requests and certificates of insurance.
• Assists clients with claims reporting and maintains communication during the settlement process.
• Ensures timely execution of transactions and maintains documentation standards.
• Educates business partners on insurance products and compliance.
• Involves in invoicing and processing premiums.
• Maintains current files and prepares policy renewal questionnaires.
• Works on expiration lists for customer contact and retention.
• Performs client updates according to department procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years related experience in the insurance industry.
• Knowledge of Applied Epic is highly preferred.
• High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Property & Casualty License required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Client-first attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
