Assistant Account Executive - Remote

Overview

Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding an Assistant Account Executive to their growing team! This is a full-time, remote role.

In Short

• Collaborates with the team to deliver high-quality customer service.
• Provides professional service to clients via phone, writing, and in person.
• Responsible for risk management and adherence to policies.
• Offers daily administrative support to Producers and Account Executives.
• Processes endorsement requests and certificates of insurance.
• Assists clients with claims reporting and maintains contact during the process.
• Ensures timely execution of transactions and documentation.
• Educates business partners on insurance products and compliance.
• Maintains files and prepares policy renewal questionnaires.
• Involves in invoicing and processing premiums as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years related experience in the insurance industry.
• Knowledge of AMS360 highly preferred.
• High school diploma, college degree preferred.
• Property & Casualty License is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Client-first attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong negotiation skills.
