• Focus on the needs of current clients to drive revenue-related opportunities.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Account Managers.
• Create and implement marketing programs for upsell, cross-sell, and renewals.
• Design and execute client-focused email campaigns and digital marketing efforts.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for client engagement.
• Write and edit marketing materials across various formats.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in marketing, focusing on client or account-based marketing.
• Strong understanding of marketing and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication skills for crafting client-focused messaging.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working with sales or customer success teams.
• Business fluent Spanish strongly desirable.
