Overview

The Product Operations & Customer Support Specialist will support the operational tasks that keep the product running smoothly while also providing direct support to customers to ensure their satisfaction.

In Short

  • Support client launches and ensure all materials are ready.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations.
  • Manage and organize projects across teams.
  • Upload content in platforms like Admin Tool and WordPress.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
  • Document and track customer trends for product improvements.
  • Maintain organization and documentation within the team.
  • Support international rollouts and translated content needs.
  • Work independently and in a virtual team environment.
  • Engage with the mission of TaskHuman.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Arabic.
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degrees are desirable.
  • Ability to work US hours as needed.
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative or customer support roles.
  • Experience with project management and CRM tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Interest in the mission of TaskHuman.
