Overview

As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers have a seamless and satisfying experience with our products and services. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in customer service or operations role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
