Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience
• Excellent written communication skills
• Experience collaborating closely with support, product, and engineering teams

• Comfortable with an all hands on deck approach
• Agile and adaptable to shifting priorities
• Data analysis skills
• Experience with Intercom
