The Customer Success Operations Specialist at Attentive is responsible for optimizing and scaling processes that support customer success initiatives, ensuring efficient operations through collaboration across various teams.

In Short

  • Own the administration and improvement of the Customer Success Platform, Catalyst.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams for seamless data integration.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards for actionable insights.
  • Refine and automate processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to the Customer Success team.
  • Maintain accurate data within Catalyst for decision-making.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or related roles.
  • Experience with Customer Success Platforms like Catalyst or Gainsight.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with workflow automation and reporting in Catalyst is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a SaaS or customer-facing role is a bonus.
