As a Customer Success Manager at Attentive, you will manage relationships with Enterprise customers, providing strategic guidance and optimizing their marketing campaigns through personalized engagement.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience.
  • Strong understanding of growth and retention strategies.
  • Proven success in managing complex customer relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Comfortable with new software and tools.
