Overview

INRIX is looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to support our Enterprise customers. In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with clients, help them get the most value from our products, and work closely with internal teams to support sales and customer growth.

In Short

  • Build deep understanding of customer needs and workflows to help them succeed quickly.
  • Be an expert on INRIX products and advocate for customer needs.
  • Onboard new customers, set up accounts, and provide training and support.
  • Create success plans with clear goals and milestones.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and address challenges.
  • Conduct reviews to track progress and adjust plans as needed.
  • Develop best practice playbooks for internal use.
  • Collaborate on self-service resources like FAQs, training modules, and knowledge bases.
  • Deliver engaging product demos and updates.
  • Identify opportunities to expand customer use through cross-sell and upsell.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Partnerships.
  • 3+ years working with SaaS and DaaS products.
  • Background in mapping, logistics, or ad-tech is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Ability to clearly show how INRIX solutions meet customer goals.
