Overview

The Enterprise Customer Success Manager is responsible for overseeing Connecteam’s Large business and Enterprise customers, ensuring their sustained success by leveraging their understanding of workforce management processes.

  • Develop and execute customer success plans based on desired business outcomes.
  • Ensure maximum value from Connecteam investment and usage of licenses.
  • Consult with customers to solve problems and achieve goals.
  • Analyze data to track customer progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer success.
  • Create new use cases/success stories with customers.
  • Resolve escalated client issues quickly.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS is a must.
  • Customer-facing experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative, energetic, and entrepreneurial self-starter.
  • Experience helping customers see the value of purchased products.
  • Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Team player who enjoys feedback and collaboration.
  • Experience in a global team is an advantage.
