Overview

The Enterprise Customer Success Manager will manage a portfolio of complex enterprise accounts that require strong relationship management and a consultative approach. Our focus is on user adoption and driving value via feature usage and optimisation.

In Short

  • Manage and host regular customer meetings and calls.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Understanding of Professional Services operations.
  • Experience influencing revenue expansion.
  • Strategies for product deployment and adoption.
  • Experience in selling software and SaaS.
  • Ability to challenge customer thinking.
  • Self-sufficient with a customer-first mindset.
  • Tailored communication across functions.
  • Experience presenting technical solutions.
  • Demonstrable experience improving customer strategies.
